Bank Fees and Charges

• Cash Advance Fee (Withdrawal), Amount: Not Listed.. Additional Information: 2% of transaction amount or $4 (whichever is greater). Payable for transactions that the annual cash advance percentage rate applies to.

This fee does not apply to stolen cards when Bankwest is advised of the police report identification number.

• Voucher Request Fee (Event), Amount: 12.00. Additional Information: Applies for the investigation of each disputed credit card transaction. This fee will be refunded if the dispute is resolved in the cardholder favour.

• Smart Data Fee (Event), Amount: 0.05. Additional Information: Payable monthly for each transaction that is uploaded by Bankwest to the Smart Data system. Only applicable to customers opted-in to Mastercard Smart Data.
